Founded in 2018, the team at ZEL Consulting Inc. (ZEL) brings decades of combined engineering expertise, specializing in Civil and Water Resources Engineering across the Greater Toronto Area and throughout Ontario.

With almost three decades of industry experience, he has been involved in all aspects of municipal design, project management, and contract administration for land development and municipal infrastructure projects.
Zen’s expertise covers a wide range of residential, industrial, commercial, and institutional developments throughout the Greater Toronto Area, Southern Ontario, and the Greater Ottawa Area. His areas of specialization include roadway design, sanitary and storm sewer systems, water supply, hydrology and drainage, stormwater management facilities, and grading design.
Known for his meticulous attention to detail, Zen combines technical excellence with cost-effective and practical solutions. He is dedicated to ensuring timely project delivery and building long-term partnerships in the land development industry.
Zen has been a licensed Professional Engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) since 2001. He received the PEO Consulting Engineer designation in 2014, and has been registered with the Engineers Canada Mobility Register since 2022.
