This project involves the proposed redevelopment of a former residential property into an industrial subdivision in accordance with the Official Plan designation for business park uses, located in the City of Markham. The site is situated within a larger, undeveloped business park designation area that currently no master servicing plan is available.
ZEL was retained to prepare the Functional Servicing and Stormwater Management Report in support of the Draft Plan of Subdivision application. In the absence of guiding master servicing studies for the broader area, ZEL developed an innovative, standalone servicing strategy to support both the immediate subdivision and accommodate future expansions.
