This proposed development involves the intensification of an existing commercial plaza into a vibrant, mixed-use residential community, located in the City of Toronto.
ZEL was retained to provide comprehensive civil engineering services in support of the Official Plan Amendment (OPA) and Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) applications. Working within the constraints of a fully urbanized site, ZEL developed innovative design solutions for site servicing, grading, and stormwater management, all in compliance with the City of Toronto’s design criteria and development standards.
