ZEL was retained to provide civil engineering services in support of the Official Plan Amendment (OPA), Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA), Site Plan Control Application (SPA), and Building Permit process. Working within a highly constrained urban site, ZEL delivered innovative and cost-effective design solutions for site servicing, grading, and stormwater management in accordance with the City of Toronto’s engineering guidelines.
